We’re moving!

After almost 5 years operating out of our state-of-the-art mobile wildlife hospital “Matilda”, Byron Bay Wildlife Hospital is excited to announce that from Monday August 11th, 2025 we will be operating from our new permanent home in Lennox Head!

We’re moving because as demand continues to grow, we’ve simply outgrown our current space and are now operating at full capacity.

The new fixed location wildlife hospital will provide us with the additional room, resources, and infrastructure needed to
care for more patients, more effectively, every day.

It will also free up Matilda, the mobile wildlife hospital, to be proactively mobile for field work, research, community education and
responding to wildlife impacted by natural disasters.
