Tim co-founded Melior Investment Management in 2018 and is the Chief Investment Officer (CIO). He has worked in capital markets for more than 30 years including Head of Company & ESG Research for Deutsche Bank from 2003 -2013 and was a top-rated sell-side analyst.
Tim currently serves on the boards of the NSW Biodiversity Conservation Trust and Regenerate Australia. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. 

Tim resides in Sydney but grew up hiking in the great outdoors in New Zealand. Having a daughter who is a veterinarian, he knows first-hand the incredible contribution that veterinarians make to protecting Australia's unique wildlife.
