Marcia is a veterinarian from Brazil, currently working as a veterinary nurse in Australia. She has worked in the veterinary field for over seven years, with a strong passion for wildlife and marine animal care.

In 2020, Marcia graduated with a degree in Marine Biology from Griffith University. Combining her background in veterinary medicine and marine science has allowed her to work closely with a wide range of species, both in clinical settings and in the field. Marcia values compassionate, hands-on care and loves being part of multidisciplinary teams that supports both animal welfare and environmental conservation.
