Kieran Hall
Veterinary Nurse
Keirancommenced work with Byron Bay Wildlife Hospital in April 2025. Since graduating her Certificate IV Veterinary Nursing in 2016, she has gained a plethora of knowledge through her volunteer work at organisations such as Currumbin Wildlife Hospital and Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, and the more locally known Australian Seabird and Turtle Rescue.
Keiran has a bubbly personality, paired with a can-do attitude. She is always keen to help anyone and everyone as well as learn as much as possible about all of the species we see on a daily basis.
“Wildlife medicine has been a passion of mine for quite some time. When I started studying animal care back in 2013, I decided that I wanted to be able to care for animals in more ways than just husbandry. I wanted to be able to help them medically as well.”
“I got my first nursing job back in 2022 in general practice (domestic animals). There, I was able to hone my skills as a nurse and gain skills I didn’t think existed. Fast-forward to now and I have the job of my dreams, working with all sorts of species in a place where everyone shares the same passion I do. It’s pretty special.”
